What we do withyour details.
A name and a number, so we can call you back. Nothing sold, nothing handed to anyone who is not helping deliver your campaign.
The short version. The form on this site asks for your name and phone number. Those arrive as an email in our inbox, and they stay there unless you ask us to delete them. We use Google Analytics to count visits. We have never sold or rented anyone's details and we are not going to start.
Want yours removed? Email mojomarketingco@gmail.com and we will do it.
Who we are
Mojo Marketing is a property marketing company operating across Israel. We are not a real estate agency and we do not take commission. This policy covers themojomarketing.com and the enquiries that come through it.
For anything to do with your personal details — a question, a correction, a deletion — email mojomarketingco@gmail.com or message Mordechai on 050-687-5631. One of the two of us reads it. There is no department to be routed through.
What the consultation form asks for
- Your full name, and a phone number to reach you on. Both required — we cannot call you back without them.
- An email address, optional.
- Anything you type in the message box. Most people put the property's location and whether they are selling or renting.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for ID numbers, bank details, or anything about your finances, and you should not send them to us.
Where those details actually go
When you submit the form it does not travel straight to us. It passes through Web3Forms, a form service that receives the submission and emails it on to our business inbox. So Web3Forms handles your name, number and message too, and holds submissions on its own systems for up to three years under its own policy. We chose it because it does not add advertising trackers to the page.
From there the email sits in our Gmail account, which is Google. If you reply to us, or message us on WhatsApp, that conversation sits with Google or with Meta in the usual way. All three companies operate internationally, so your details may be handled outside Israel.
How long we keep them
Enquiries live as email in our inbox. We do not copy them into a separate database, and we do not keep working files on a property once its campaign has finished. But we should be straight with you about the part people assume: email does not delete itself. Unless you ask us to remove it, the original enquiry stays in the inbox.
Ask us and it goes. See your rights below.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are — at the level of a country or a city, worked out from your IP address. It tells us that forty people read the pricing page this week. It does not tell us who they were.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. They are the only cookies on the site. We run no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, and nothing from Meta. If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out extension, and the site will work exactly as before.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, it may log the IP addresses of visitors for security and abuse prevention. We do not have access to those logs.
If you become a client
To market a property we need its details and photographs, and we publish those — to Yad2, Madlan, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, and our own buyer and investor lists. That is the job, and you decide what goes in.
What we do not publish is you. Your name and phone number do not go into the listings. Enquiries come to us instead of to you, which is the point of handling leads at all, and we pass on the ones worth your time.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your details. Not to agents, not to mortgage brokers, not to anyone.
- Add you to a mailing list because you filled in the form. If we ever start a newsletter, you will have to ask for it.
- Pass your details to an agent or a third party without you asking us to.
Your rights, and how to use them
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law — and, if you are in the UK or the EU, under the GDPR — you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain yourself.
Email mojomarketingco@gmail.com with what you want. We will come back to you within thirty days, and in practice much sooner. If you ask for deletion we will delete the correspondence from our inbox and tell you it is done.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes — a new tool, a different form provider, anything that moves your details somewhere new — we will update this page and change the date below. We will not quietly broaden it.
